Individuals, couples and families are assisted with problems ranging from temporary emotional distress and behaviour problems to serious mental disorders, and related legal matters. Our specialist psychologists and psychiatrist use a range of individually tailored methods and techniques suited to each individual person, and problem.

Medicare rebates are available for clinical psychology and psychiatric services, with referral from your medical practitioner. It is important to note that client’s are not required to have a recognizable psychological disorder to obtain treatment from us. For example, personal adjustment problems following the break-up of a marriage or relationship are often distressing enough to seek professional help and advice.

Our professional rooms are located in the Mona Vale Business Centre (MVB) on the corner of Ponderosa Parade and Mona Vale Road, Mona Vale.

We are approximately 2 kilometres from Mona Vale post office - toward Ingleside.

Mona Vale ~ Bayview Psychology is situated on the ground floor. To find us, go in the main entrance and walk towards the lifts. Turn left at the lifts, then turn right immediately for Suite 6.

Hours of Business

Mona Vale ~ Bayview Psychology operates during normal business hours on weekdays, and after hours by special arrangement. Some psychological services are available for clients unable to attend our professional rooms, or needing exposure treatment for phobic avoidance or related disorders.


Appointments

Appointments can be made directly by telephone with our caring receptionist, Susan. For your convenience our answer machine operates outside normal business hours, and when our receptionist is otherwise unable to answer.

Transport and Parking

Visitor parking is available at the front of the centre, and in Ponderosa Parade (Hungry Jack’s side), or Vineyard Street, Warriewood. Suite 6 is easily accessible by wheelchair.


Government bus route L85 operates to/from Wynyard. The nearest bus stop is diagonally opposite the MVB Centre, on Samuel Street - across the round-about on Mona Vale Road. Please note that the L85 is the only government bus route that passes the MVB Centre. Call 131 500 for timetable information. Forest Coach Lines private buses also provide an infrequent service.
